What have you heard? The full story on CellarControl
Over the years, we have been in contact with several major breweries and while our product maintains, if not enhances, the quality of the beer they supply to the public (taking into account the various cleaning procedures at a venue), they have decided not to review our technology any further.
So why have they decided to do this? Officially, their stance is that due to insufficient knowledge of the product, they are not willing to provide an endorsement or otherwise. Despite our continued efforts to close this knowledge gap, as well as providing the positive testing results we have completed, we have not been able to progress any further.
As much as this is disappointing to us, we take pride in the amazing results we have achieved for our clients and the benefits we are providing to the industry as a whole.
A common misconception is that CellarControl is a complete replacement for chemical line cleaning. This is not the case. We have never at any stage claimed to be a replacement for chemical cleaning of the lines. We have always maintained the chemical line cleaning is essential – CellarControl simply reduces the number of cleans required.
CellarControl is a leap forward in modern technology, and the reality is you no longer need to clean your lines as frequently. Ultrasonic technology is a scientifically proven and well established cleaning method ‐ The system targets biofilm growth within the beer line, which inhibits bacteria growth ‐ therefore less chemical cleaning is required.
We have spoken to forward‐thinking contractors are interested in embracing new technology, and look to push it forward – while others who rely on the opinion and financial gain of outside influences can make an uneducated or biased assessment of our technology, rather than seeking the facts. Some contract beer line cleaners and plumbers have simply made up their mind to not accept this technology and don’t know the full story on how well our system works.
Also, with the system reducing beer line cleaning requirements by 80% for a venue, a contract line cleaner stands to lose financially if you install CellarControl.
